The name you can trust returns to Tonbridge

 

After a short absence, Ibbett Mosely has acquired Evens and Matta's Tonbridge office which has now been re-named Ibbett Mosely and Matta.

 

The detailed restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed property has now been completed and the new office is open for business. The project was managed by Daniel Pickford MRICS.

Ibbett Mosely Commercial are overjoyed to announce that the Clementswood Hall on Clements Lane, Ilford has been sold. The site has been the source of over five years of design, planning and negotiation with Redbridge Council. 

 

The planning consent accompanying the site permits the demolition of the existing building and replacement with a 9 storey residential block containing 14 private residential units with a ground floor A1 retail unit. The scheme was designed by our colleagues at Niche Architects (Jeremy Emerson and Stephen Luxford). 

 

The income from the sale will be used to fund the remaining works at the new CityGates Church on Clements Lane.

OUTLINE SCHEME IN GNOSSAL, STAFFS SOLD!

 

Ibbett Mosely Commercial have completed on the sale of a brilliant 2.66ha development site in Staffordshire to Persimmon Homes. The site is located on the edge of the village of Gnossal, and accessed from Lowfield Lane. The site was previously redundant agricultural land. 

 

Ibbett Mosely's affiliated Planning Consultancy, Howard Sharp and Partners handled the Outline Planning Application which was for up to 75 family homes. The affordable housing contribution to be made by the development is approximately 30%.

Ibbett Mosely Commercial were delighted to hear that a private company have completed the purchase of the Frankle Factory on Bethnal Green Road, E2. The site was introduced to the purchaser by Ibbett Mosely Commercial's Will Kauffman.

 

Planning permission has now been achieved for a sensitive redevelopment of the site to create 21 new apartments either side of an internal landscaped courtyard plus commercial space, in all totalling circa 25,000 sq ft.
